Dying Light 2: Stay Human sold over 5 million copies

Dying Light 2 was released in early February and after years of waiting for this sequel, it should come as no surprise that the second part is a success. Via a press release exclusively to GamesRadar+ Techland has announced that the game has now passed 5 million sales.

In fact, this number dates back to February 28, meaning the game has sold 5 million copies in three weeks. As we are now almost two months further, the total number of sales will undoubtedly be much higher. The developer indicates in the message that they see the number of players growing per month.

Together with the original, the Dying Light franchise now has more than 25 million sales. Not bad for a series that consists of only two games. Finally, we can expect new content for Dying Light 2 next week, but details are not yet known.
