Dying Light 2 has over 500 hours of content

The team behind Dying Light 2 took to Twitter this weekend to announce that it takes 500 hours to complete all the upcoming game has to offer. In comparison, it takes 534 hours to walk from Warsaw to Madrid, the Polish developer boasted.

However, the message was not well received by everyone. Several threw themselves into speculation that the game is either too big or that most of the content is probably just an eternal search for various hidden objects.

Techland has not commented on the latter accusation, but responded quickly Twitter to point out that most players are not going to spend quite as much time on the game.

– 500 hours is how long it takes to complete the whole game – complete all the missions, find all the endings and explore every corner of the world. But a regular player should complete the story and side quests and do a lot of exploration in less than 100 hours.

Dying Light 2 builds on the zombie experience from the game’s predecessor. This time it will be more parkour and more ways to whack undead, in a new city with more characters to get to know.

The game has become exposed a number of times, but is scheduled to launch on February 4, for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X / S.
