Dwayne Johnson has publicly shaded his fellow superstar Ryan Reynolds hilariously and very publicly.
The exluchador he was eager to promote his new movie Netflix, Red Notice , even if it was at the expense of his co-star.
Johnson, also known as The Rock, posted a photo of a billboard in which he apparently named and embarrassed Reynolds.
“Ryan Reynolds uses his mother’s Netflix account”, it read on the billboard.
The Rock also brought the funny in the caption.
“One last robbery for the highway ??”he wrote, referencing his FBI persona chasing a con man played by Reynolds. “Get over that @vancityreynolds.”
“For the record, Ryan’s mom is an AMAZING WOMAN”added. “I’m not sure why Ryan turned out the way he did. #RedNotice is coming to @Netflix worldwide THIS FRIDAY! Enjoy our movie ????
Reynolds, who is known for his witty comments on social media, continued to joke in the comment section.
“To be fair, my mom uses my OnlyFans account”, replied the star of Deadpool .
Shadow aside, Johnson and Reynolds have been friends for years, with the latter talking about the star of Fast & Furious in a recent interview for his “innate ability to always laugh at himself” even though it is “superhuman in stature and looks and charisma and all that stuff.”
“And that, in itself, is a superpower, you know?” Reynolds said in a Vanity Fair article about Johnson. “I mean, that opens the door, you know, spiritually, emotionally, and literally.
“I think that has always been in his arsenal, and that has always been what I think that really allows people to come in.”
