Dwayne Haskins was drafted by the Washington Commanders and played in nine games in 2019 and seven in 2020, accumulating 2,804 passing yards and 12 total touchdowns. In January 2021, he signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers to serve as a backup to Ben roethlisberger and Mason Rudolph. However, he did not see any game action during his time with the team. Haskins later signed a one-year restricted free-agent tender in March 2021 to remain with the Steelers.
