Norwegian Kristoffer Castin Åman, known under the stage name Dutty Dior, is dead, writes The Walk of the World.
– We can confirm that Kristoffer Åman has passed away. Our thoughts are with his family and loved ones, writes Leif O Ribe on his record label Warner Music in a text message to the newspaper.
The 27-year-old was one of Norway’s biggest rappers and had his breakthrough in 2019 when he released the song “Hall” together with the artist Isaac.

The same year they won the P3 Gold Award for “Song of the Year”.
The song has over 33 million plays on Spotify and is one of the biggest Norwegian and Norwegian-language hits.
He has also collaborated with the Swedish artist Cherrie on a demo, she writes on Instagram and “sends love” to his loved ones. “Thank you for everything,” she concludes the post.
The cause of death is still unclear.
