Dutchman (33) dies after kitesurfing accident in South Africa

In Muizenberg, near Cape Town, South Africa, 33-year-old Dutch entrepreneur Charles Witlox died after a kitesurfing accident.

Witlox was blown from the sea to the beach by the wind while kitesurfing on Thursday. He sustained serious injuries, reports the South African news site news24.com.

Witlox was in critical condition when he was taken to hospital by ambulance. There he died. Witlox lived in Kenya and owned Charlie’s Travels, a travel agency focused on adventure travel through African countries.
