Unfortunately, online stores are still allowed to make a choice from the reviews they receive. Refusing negative reviews is therefore still allowed.
Of course it remains a thing those reviews.
How often do you see a bad review because the packaging broke during transport, that it is a DOA (can happen of course), the delivery took a long time, etc. etc. or such a review of “Bad thing!!” or reviews that show that someone simply ordered something wrong.
At the other end of the spectrum, the 5 stars can be “good delivery”, “received quickly”, or “great thing!” don’t add anything. You often see the latter at companies that give a chance to a gift voucher with a review:
Look at the example below:
https://www.obelink.nl/obelink-tenttapijt.html
5* We won’t be using it until the summer.. But for now it looks great!
4* Not yet in use but looks good.
2* Far too slow delivery: after a week you will receive an email informing you that the goods have left. Customer service also only responds after a week
2* was not what we expected. We wanted an indoor carpet but this is more suitable for outside
I personally believe that these kinds of reviews should be removed one on one. Anyway.
