Belgium is stricter for travelers from the Netherlands now that the growing number of infections has turned completely red. Dutch people who are on their way to holiday countries such as France do not need to show a test. The rule only applies to people who spend 48 hours or more in Belgium. Children under 12 are also excluded.
The Netherlands has been completely red on the corona map of ECDC, the European RIVM, since Thursday.
