Dutch people deported from Colombia for violating quarantine | Abroad

Local media report this. It would be a father and two daughters who arrived on March 15 in the capital Bogota, after which they drove to Villa de Leyva with a car.

According to Colombian guidelines, they first had to be quarantined for 14 days. The Dutch were escorted back to the capital by the authorities. There, according to the media, they are put on a plane to the Netherlands.

The Dutch embassy in Bogota tells the AD that the three have indeed complied with the regulations. They were stopped when they were already on their way to the airport, according to an embassy employee.
