Dutch lockdown makes up for the corona crisis for Antwerp catering industry and shops: “Northern neighbors save our economy” (Antwerp)

The Christmas holiday was just as successful for the fashion shops in the city of Antwerp as it was in the period before corona. “We owe that to the lockdown refugees from the Netherlands,” says Nico Volckeryck, Antwerp director of the Neutral Syndicate for the Self-Employed (NSZ).
