Plenary Meeting The DPR RI today was marked by incidents. Deputy Chairperson of the DPR RI’s Budget Agency (Banggar) Muhidin Mohamad Said suddenly collapsed after submitting the DPR’s Budget Agency report on the results of the preliminary discussion of the RAPBN for Fiscal year 2023 and the government’s work plan for 2023.
The incident occurred during a plenary meeting held at the Nusantara II building, Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Thursday (30/6/2022). At that time, Muhidin was about to submit a report to the Chairman of the DPR RI, Puan Maharani, after reading it in front of members of the DPR RI who were present at the plenary meeting.
When submitting the report, Muhidin and Puan were photographed. Then, at around 10.23 WIB, Muhidin suddenly collapsed in front of the desk of the DPR RI leadership.
Suddenly the DPR leaders and DPR members were shocked. Immediately, the medical team approached Muhidin and helped him up.
Not long after, at 10.28 WIB, Muhidin was seen being taken out of the plenary meeting room in a wheelchair. At that time the meeting was suspended. Several members of the DPR RI also seemed to approach the table of the DPR RI leadership.
Muhidin Alami Blackout
The Secretary General of the DPR RI, Indra Iskandar, then opened his voice regarding the collapse of Muhidin. He said that Muhidin had experienced blackout for a moment he was giving a copy of the report to Mrs.
Even so, Indra said Muhidin was able to stand back up after falling. Before finally being put in a wheelchair to be taken outside.
“Mr. Muhidin was blackout for a while and fell but was able to stand up again,” said Indra to him detik.comWednesday (30/6).
Indra said information from medical personnel stated that Muhidin had hypertension. According to him, Muhidin’s condition is currently being monitored further.
“Information from the doctor in the medical service department, he has hypertension. Currently, our clinic has further observed it and to make sure it must be with the MCU,” he said.
