TRIBUNJABAR.ID, SUMEDANG- Government Sumedang Regency, West Java, confirmed an additional 245 patients dengue fever dengue fever (DHF) during the last two months.

In total from January to November 2021, there are a total of 762 patients DBD from Sumedang Regency.

“From January to November, cumulatively the number of dengue cases in Sumedang reached 762 people with 8 deaths,” said Aep Dadang Hamdani in Sumedang, Wednesday (12/8/2021).

“The case of death due to DBD Of these, 3 people are residents of Jatinangor District, 3 residents of North Sumedang District, 1 resident of Buahdua District, and 1 resident of Cimanggung District,” said Aef.

Aef said, the trend of cases DBD in Sumedang continues to increase significantly when entering the rainy season this year.

“During the rainy season, the case DBD increased significantly and is expected to decrease in February and March 2022,” he said.

The Health Office, he said, continues to take steps to prevent the disease dengue fever dengue in Sumedang Regency.

Then, said Aef, Social Service invited the people of Sumedang to start implementing the movement.

“One House, One Larvae Monitoring Interpreter (Jumantik), and Mosquito Nest Eradication (PSN) have been mobilized by all Community Health Centers (PKM), and several areas that meet the fogging requirements have also been carried out. This is done to prevent Dengue Fever,” he said.
