PALEMBANG, iNews.id – Public health Office (Health Office) Palembang City noted that throughout January 2022 there were 43 sufferers DBD. This number comes from 21 puskesmas spread over at least five sub-districts.
Head of the Section for the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases at the Palembang City Health Office, Yudhi Setiawan, said that each patient aged 15-44 years was recorded as 15 people, and five people aged 1-4 years.
Then there are 23 people with DHF for the age of 4-15 years, while for 0-4 years and over 44 years there are none. There is no death case.
“From the data, currently the highest is at the age of 4-15 years, 23 people,” he said.
According to him, the number of cases of dengue fever in Palembang in January 2022 has increased when compared to the last three months in 2021. In October 2021 there were 37 cases of dengue fever, November 39 cases and December 30 cases.
