During a monstrous fight in Tukums, you beat a disabled person

A man who moves in a wheelchair around Tukums lives on Harmonijas Street every day. To make life easier for a disabled person, the municipality has provided him with an apartment. Visitors who come with alcohol always come to the house very often. Neighbors say they don’t know where to look when they start drinking.

“I live here, here – I have a great family. Everyone is afraid of the women of this house. Understand why you need that disabled here? Just look at those doors! Broke all the doors – we can’t live here! In his backyard, well, ”says Gennady, who lives next door.

A spot of blood appeared here several days ago. The torn room and the broken door remind the neighbors of the monstrous battle in which one of the bottle’s brothers lost his life. It was a 53-year-old Tukums without a leg.

“It was my neighbor Vytautas, I knew him. He was very calm. He was a normal old man with a disability, ”says another neighbor.

The attacker is a 33-year-old acquaintance of the landlord, who attacked another person after the brutal beating of Vytautas.

“One of them was bruised. Hands blue, face blue, and he was taken to resuscitation. The other was found dead here, ”says a neighbor.

“He who was on the crutches beat him. The prosthesis stood here for two days. I came home in the morning, the police are everywhere. Madness someone. ”

The killer is well known in the police. The head of the Tukums district claims that the man had indeed chosen the path that regularly led to violations of the law.

“Our regular customer. He has been the subject of four criminal proceedings related to alcohol theft, as well as one for minor bodily harm,” says Janeks Bach, the head of the Tukums district of the State Police.

There is an active collection of evidence and the police explain the exact circumstances that led to Vytautas’s death, but the approximate course of events is clear.

It is not yet known what sentence the court will impose on the perpetrator, but the head of the police station mentions that they could be ten years behind bars.
