Durazno demands a vaccine against Covid to take out the notebook for the first time

Through resolution No. 4721/2021 of May 4, Mayor Carmelo Vidalín resolved that the Traffic Division can schedule up to 10 emergency cases per day for the issuance of driver’s licenses.

“People to be treated must have at least one dose of any of the vaccines,” says the regulations. It is a suggestion and condition of the departmental Medical Service.

In the recitals, the resolution affirms that “requesting vaccination is a logical method for the protection of the services, the officials involved in other offices and the other taxpayers, users of the service.”

In addition, that “this measure favors those people who, with the service suspended, could not carry out the process until new indications; in addition to highlighting that they are cases of urgency due to labor issues, an aspect that should not be neglected ”.

It is recalled that, in the case of expired passbooks, the term given by the Congress of Mayors is in force until December 31, 2021.

First-time emissions, upgrades and category changes require face-to-face attention. The interested party must have a Medical Service, since they must present the psychophysical tests or the health card, or even the attention of the psychologist.

-VIEW: The set of measures to reduce the mobility and rate of COVID-19 infections, taken by the National Government.

-RESULTING I: That as a result of compliance with these measures, several of the municipal agencies are working in shifts and guards or through teleworking.

-RESULTING II: That specifically in the case of the issuance of driving licenses there are two situations, one is the renewals with which there is no problem since they are covered by resolution of the Congress of Mayors 41/2021 of 27 of April 2001, until December 31 of the current year. However, first-time emissions, upgrades, and upgrades require attention. To provide it, it is necessary to have a Medical Service since the psychophysical tests or the health card must be presented, or even the attention of the psychologist.

-CONSIDERING I: That in coordination between both offices they have proposed to start scheduling emergency cases in an amount of 10 per day. The suggestion and condition of the Medical Service is that people to be treated must have at least one dose of any of the vaccines.

-ATENTO: To the foregoing and to current legal regulations.

-THE DEPARTMENTAL INTENDANT OF DURAZNO, RESOLVES:

-First: Approve Report No. 5528/2021 dated May 3, 2021. By the Department of Administration – Traffic Division (issuance of driver’s licenses) proceed to schedule emergency cases in an amount of 10 per day. People to be treated must have at least one dose of any of the vaccines.

-Second: Go to the Administration Department for compliance.

-Third: Date, be disseminated by the Press and Relations Office and inserted on the web.

-Fourth: By Comptroller Division, contact the different Departments, Municipalities and Local Boards.

-Fifth: Completed and with the proofs of style, file.-
