DUOL – Many shades of green

His exhibition Fű-Fa Zöld in the corridor gallery of the music school. The opening was led by a musical production. In his greeting, Csaba Gyöngyössy discussed the color green as a symbol, also touching on its role in the history of art. As he said, green is certainly the most abundant color in nature. Therefore, it lends a homely feel. In addition, green has a calming effect and relieves depression and anxiety. It symbolizes completeness, freshness and renewal. One of the most beautiful examples of this is budding.

Éva Marián Kelemen’s solo exhibition invites you back into nature and paints a world with a special atmosphere with so many shades of green. In May, the painter presented his exhibition Repetitions in the Bartók hall gallery. One of the works shown there is also included in the current exhibition, alongside recent works and previously unexhibited pictures. The creator told our magazine that he is often inspired while riding a bicycle, and while riding a few lines of verse are also created. This is where the title of the exhibition came from, which is the closing line of a small haiku. Éva Marián Kelemen’s exhibition Grass-Tree Green is waiting for interested people for a month at the jubilant music school.
