DUOL – Education is not brought by the freshman…

“There is a fluttering duality and a cluster of doubts in our heads, but that’s okay. The lesson is given, because finding yourself with a broad perspective is not easy. I hope that everyone will go on their own path with this school year as well.”

This line of thought was continued by Flóra Deák, who sparingly quoted the following line of thought from Sándor Márai’s Herbs book:

“Education, that is to know reality and truth, requires extraordinary courage. A person knows the truth with his whole heart, destiny, and being. A person can only be cultivated for life and death…

But education is not brought by the freshman.”

In his speech, the director of the institution, Zoltán Borgulya, touched on the importance of POK traditions and informed the students, especially the Freshmen, that in the Pannon Education Center Private High School, in addition to the good atmosphere and fun, everyone is expected to respect the teachers and each other, study and responsibilities fulfillment. After all, important decisions should only be made responsibly while keeping our goals in mind. He closed the ceremonial opening of the school year by wishing everyone a successful and productive school year. DH
