Duisburg: Decapitated body found on 26-year-old
The dead man is a 57-year-old man. Investigators have already arrested a suspect (26). Both lived in the same house on Körnerstrasse. The decapitated body was found in the 26-year-old’s apartment. This was confirmed by the responsible public prosecutor, Jill Mc Culler, to DER WESTEN (we have already reported).
After the gruesome crime, numerous rumors are circulating in Duisburg. Who is the man suspected of having beheaded his victim? Local residents described him to DER WESTEN as conspicuous and strange. He is said to have run naked through the streets several times and “screamed like a madman,” according to a 45-year-old woman and her 13-year-old son. The two regularly hang out at the playground, which is located right next to where the body was found. Mother and son come from the nearby area.

Residents in shock – was the suspected perpetrator a cannibal?
In addition, the man was said to be very nocturnal, according to the 13-year-old’s description. “He screamed that he loved human flesh,” another resident even claimed to the “WAZ”.
Nothing has been officially confirmed, however. But the residents of Obermarxloh are in shock. “It’s terrible and like something out of a movie,” they say, among other things. It remains to be seen what further information will come from the public prosecutor’s office.
