As many as 12 people forcibly pick up the patient’s body positive for the Corona virus, case 433, in the City Batam, Riau Islands, tested positive for COVID-19. The 12 people were isolated at the Galang Island COVID-19 Hospital.
“Yes, there are 12 positive people,” said Head of Batam City Health Service Didi Kusmarjadi in Batam, as reported Among, Monday (24/8/2020).
The Batam Health Office picked up 23 people who were involved in the forced collection of the bodies to undergo examination at the Galang Island COVID-19 Special Hospital.
Of the 23 people, the Batam City COVID-19 Task Force stated 12 of them were positive for the corona virus in a release given on Saturday, midnight. The Health Office is still looking for a resident who was involved in forcibly picking up YHG’s body and smearing the body’s saliva on his face.
