Due to the spread of a new infectious variant of Corona ‘XEC’

Health authorities have warned that the spread of XEC, a new infectious variant of COVID-19, has begun before fall.
According to the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), XEC is a new strain that is a recombination of two strains of the Omicron family, KS.1.1 and KP.3.3. Infections have been reported in at least 25 states in the US, and because it is highly contagious, it is likely to be the strongest variant before winter.
