Due to the covid, the Czechs are no longer allowed to go to Romania without restrictions

The Romanian crisis staff decided on Monday evening to expand the list of risk areas. The Minister of Health, Nelu Tataru, announced that countries on the list where the epidemic situation had recently worsened were on the list. In addition to the Czech Republic and Slovakia, these are France, the Netherlands, Austria, Hungary, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Spain and the USA.

Citizens of these countries must enter a 14-day quarantine upon arrival in Romania. If they have a negative coronavirus test in it after the eighth day, they will be able to leave the isolation prematurely on the tenth day.

The Romanian government has set an exception for people who want to spend less than three days in Romania. To enter the country, a negative test for coronavirus, which will not be older than 48 hours, will suffice.

In Romania, as in many other European countries, the number of coronavirus infections has been rising in recent days. In total, 137,491 people have already become infected in the country, which has a population of 19.3 million. 5048 infected died with covid-19.
