Due to terrible user opinions, WhatsApp Cancels Launch of New Interface Design

JAKARTA – One of Meta’s messaging apps, WhatsApp often makes changes to its appearance and launches amazing new features, but this time when the company brought a new look in the trial version, they failed.

WhatsApp is secretly rolling out updates to its users, but it’s the app’s own users who make the company cancel launching the new design of the app.

According to a WABetaInfo report, in just the last few days, WhatsApp users were greeted with a new look for their contact list. The redesign includes “Frequently contacted” and “Recent chats” options, but that’s a change that doesn’t work well.

WABetaInfo asked readers what they thought of the changes. Unfortunately, far from WhatsApp’s expectations, the tweets that came in response were far from shining, with replies ranging from unkind to terrible.

Launch TechRadar, Thursday, February 17th, it is claimed that because of this, now WhatsApp seems to have seen the error and reverted to the old look for the contacts interface.

Even so, WABetaInfo doesn’t claim to have played a role in getting WhatsApp to change its mind and give people what they want, but it’s likely that feedback from other sources is very useful for the company.

As a result, the contact list returns to a simple alphabetical list, complete with an indication of the contact number. This rapid change only highlights the importance of beta testing to gauge user reactions to features, settings, and interface options. Users who provide such feedback can be instrumental in shaping the future direction of the app.
