Meghan Markle is among those behind the new animated series “Pearl”, which will be shown on Netflix.
Archewell Productions, which is the Duchess’s and Prince Harry’s production company, is behind the series and Markle is credited as the producer, writes the industry website Variety.
The series “Pearl” will be about a 12-year-old girl who goes on adventures and will deal with influential, historical women.
This will be the first animated film for the production company. It was in 2020 that the prince and duchess signed the very lucrative deal with Netflix.
Earlier this summer, Markle published his first children’s book, called “The Bench”. She got then plagiarism critic.
In June the couple had a daughter, named Lilibet “Lili” Diana Mountbatten-Windsor, and is named after her great-grandmother and grandmother.
