Valencia –
Lenovo Ducati can smile broadly even though he failed to deliver the racer to the champion MotoGP 2021. The Italian manufacturer won the Double Crown after winning the team standings this season. Top!
In the 2021 Valencia MotoGP race at Circuit Ricardo Tormo, Sunday (11/14/2021) night WIB, Ducati has placed two of its riders in the leading position, namely Francesco Bagnaia and Jack Miller. The pole position is held by Pramac Ducati rider Jorge Martin.
Despite having difficulties at the beginning, Bagnaia was able to overtake Miller and Joan Mir to dominate the pole position from the fifth lap. Until the last lap, Bagnaia managed to maintain the leading position, followed by Jorge Martin and Miller.
End of the season sweet for Bagnaia and Ducati after last week confirmed the constructors’ world title. Because, Ducati won a double crown after controlling the team standings at the end of the season.
The Lenovo Ducati team, which was strengthened by Bagnaia and Miller with 433 points, successfully straddled Monster Energy Yamaha by 380 or a difference of 53 points! Because Yamaha only relied on Fabio Quartararo who finished fifth in the final series.
Meanwhile, since the beginning of the season, Maverick Vinales’ performance as a teammate has also not been optimal and his successor Franco Morbidelli is worth three money, due to knee surgery. From Ducati, the two riders were able to shine like Bagnaia who won four times and Miller twice.

This is the second time that Ducati has won the team world title after the first in 2007. At that time, Ducati won the triple crown championship because Casey Stoner also won the world title.
Congratulations Ducati!
