The new service aimed at facilitating the services of the Foundation has been assigned the toll-free number 971-800-111. You can send a message to the foundation via WhatsApp via this number. Foundation officials said the new service is meant to use smart services and use the latest technological facilities in such cases.
DFWAC Acting Director General Sheikha Saeed Al Mansoori said the foundation was adopting a digital services development strategy. Prompt action and timely delivery of services can be performed when notified via WhatsApp.

Al Mansouri added that the foundation also uses digital services to ensure that children who are victims of domestic violence, bullying and human trafficking receive help.
