Dubai South Properties has announced the launch of the third phase of its “South Bay” residential project. Located in the heart of the residential area in Dubai South on Expo Street, this phase comes after the successful sale of 400 housing units in the first and second phases.

According to the company, the third phase will consist of over 200 units, including three and four-bedroom townhouses, semi-independent villas with a mix of four and five rooms, and standalone luxury villas with five, six, and seven rooms.
