Dubai announces new travel protocol in the wake of the Kovid expansion. Kovid will have to undergo an inspection to return home from Dubai from the 31st of this month. Those leaving for Dubai from abroad must have a PCR check and a negative certificate before departure. Exemptions are available for UAE citizens only. It has been decided to reduce the duration of PCR effect from 96 hours to 72 hours. These conditions also apply to those traveling to other countries via Dubai. The daily Kovid case in the UAE hit a record yesterday. The disease was confirmed in 3,939 people. This is the highest number ever recorded.
