Real estate transactions at the Dubai Land Department today amounted to more than 2.1 billion dirhams, as the department witnessed today the recording of 477 sales worth 1.66 billion dirhams, including 46 sales of land worth 674.53 million dirhams and 431 sales of apartments and villas worth 983.33 million dirhams.
The most important land sales were worth 138.65 million dirhams in the sixth Al Habiyah area, followed by a sale worth 47.36 million dirhams in the Palm Jebel Ali area, then a sale worth 46.87 million dirhams in the Palm Jebel Ali area.
The Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens area topped the regions in terms of the number of sales, recording 16 sales worth 183.71 million dirhams, followed by the Palm Jebel Ali area, recording 6 sales worth 187.19 million dirhams, and a third in Hind City 4, recording 6 sales worth 8.43 million dirhams.
With regard to the most important sales of apartments and villas: A pledge of allegiance worth 46 million dirhams came in the Al Thanyah 4 area as the most important sale, followed by a pledge of allegiance worth 24.3 million dirhams in the Al Thanyya 5 area, and finally a pledge of allegiance worth 21.5 million dirhams in the Jumeirah 1 area.
The Al Barsha South Al Fourth area topped the areas in terms of the number of apartment and villa sales, recording 55 sales worth 54.32 million dirhams, followed by Al Sufouh II area, recording 42 sales worth 169.11 million dirhams, and a third in Al Mirkadh, recording 26 sales worth 42.68 million dirhams.
The mortgages were recorded at a value of 430.56 million dirhams, including 28 land mortgages worth 275 million dirhams and 101 mortgages on villas and apartments worth 155.57 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the Burj Khalifa area with a value of 202.54 million dirhams, and another in the Wadi Al Amradi area with a value of 48.2 million dirhams.
As for donations, it witnessed the registration of 20 donations worth 60.74 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the Palm Jumeirah area worth 14.41 million dirhams, and another in Jebel Ali First Industrial Zone worth 12 million dirhams.
