Dubai Land Department Records Over 1.7 Billion Dirhams in Real Estate Transactions – June 9, 2023

Dubai, June 9, WAM/ The value of real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department today amounted to more than 1.7 billion dirhams, as the department witnessed the registration of 378 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 1.4 billion dirhams, including 38 pledges of allegiance to lands, at a value of 530.08 million dirhams, and 340 pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, at a value of 871.13 million dirhams.

The most important land sales came with a value of 90 million dirhams in Wadi Al-Safa 3, followed by a pledge of 82 million dirhams in the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens area, followed by a pledge of 78 million dirhams in Wadi Al-Safa 3.

The Wadi Al-Safa 3 region topped the regions in terms of the number of sales, as it recorded 12 sales at a value of 319 million dirhams, followed by the first Jebel Ali region, with 7 sales at a value of 19 million dirhams, and a third in the city of Hind 4, with 4 sales at a value of 5 million dirhams.

With regard to the most important sales of apartments and villas, the sale amounted to 42 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area, as the most important sale, followed by the sale of 32 million dirhams in the Island 2 area, and finally the sale of 30 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area.

Al Barsha, south of the fourth district, topped the areas in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, as it recorded 37 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 32 million dirhams, followed by the Dubai Marina region, with 34 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 120 million dirhams, and a third in Al Thanyah Al Khamis, recording 33 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 54 million dirhams.

The mortgages recorded a value of 343.91 million dirhams, including 36 land mortgages at a value of 191 million dirhams and 69 mortgages of villas and apartments at a value of 152.91 million dirhams.

As for donations, 18 donations were registered, with a value of 33.83 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the fourth Al Thanyah area, with a value of 6 million dirhams, and another in the fifth Al Thanyah area, with a value of 5 million dirhams.
