Dubai: The 27th season of Dubai Global Village, the confluence of the world’s countries for entertainment and business, kicks off Tuesday evening at 6pm. This time around, the Global Village opens its doors to fans with new attractions and entertainment. The new season will last until April 2023. The entrance to the city is allowed from 16:00 to 24:00 every day. Open until 1am on weekends. The village has more than 3,500 shops and more than 250 restaurants, cafes and street food shops.
How to reach:
RTA will resume bus services on four routes from Tuesday to transport tourists. There will be a bus service every hour. Bus no. 102 from Rashidiya station, bus no. 104 from Gubaiba station and bus n. 106 from Mall of the Emirates station will serve the Global Village. While these buses will run every hour, bus number 103 from Union Bus Station will take tourists to the Global Village every 40 minutes, RTA said. Those arriving by car can enter the Global Village via Exit 37 on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E-311).
Ticket price:
Visitors can purchase tickets online and at the counters. Tickets cost 10% less when purchased online. This season includes a new ticket valid from Sunday to Thursday (excluding holidays). The price is 20 dirhams for a ticket that allows entry from Sunday to Thursday (value ticket) and 25 dirhams for a ticket that allows entry on any day (any day ticket). Those who purchase tickets via the Global Village website or mobile app will receive a 10% discount on both tickets.
