Dubai Fashion Week Concludes with Spectacular Shows and International Models

With the appearance of the famous fashion show star Naomi Campbell and international models, “Dubai Fashion Week”, the most prominent fashion event in the region and organized by the Dubai Design District of the TECOM Group and the Arab Fashion Council, reached its closing night the day before yesterday, concluding its activities after seven days that witnessed more than Over 25 presentations from designers who came from across the region, Europe, the United States, Central America and Asia.

The Michael Cinco House collection appeared vibrant as a poem from a rich tapestry highlighting Spanish culture, and the pieces were a reflection of the emotional spirit that characterizes flamenco dancers and the elegance of bullfighters.

The displays are a palette of bright colors and sophisticated decorations, summed up by influences drawn from the essence of Spanish heritage and the enduring appeal of Mediterranean architecture.

The refinement of the abayas, the embroidered fabrics, the oversized shoulders decorated with sparkling stones, and the sheer fabrics with intricate pleats tell a common story that unites them all.

Fiery red and black cropped jackets made bold statements with their unique details, while corsets, skirts and short jumpsuits harmonized seamlessly with the entire spectrum of the collection.

These pieces embodied symmetry and fixed architectural lines, and also preserved the spirit and elegance that the audience witnessed throughout the show.

On the closing day of Dubai Fashion Week, the Malaysian duo Risman Nordin and Razini Jamil unveiled their collection, which included 60 pieces of creations.

“Rizman Razini’s” designs increased in splendor with the participation of an elite group of international models, including a number of the most famous Malaysian models, such as Teni and Didi Nash.

The show reached its climax when the famous model Naomi Campbell appeared on the catwalk, wearing a gorgeous hand-sewn dress, decorated with thousands of sparkling gemstones. This collection was inspired by the enchanting story of Siri Gomum, the legendary dragon that roamed Lake Chenni. One of the most important features of these designs is the use of ornate beads and sequins, through which the designers present a color palette ranging from turquoise and rose gold to burnt orange, silver and dark black that distinguishes this brand.

Each piece sparkled with elegance, as the designers used embroidered fabrics and soft ostrich feathers.

Furthermore, traditional Malaysian songket fabric is used as a tribute to the country’s rich heritage.
