Fatima Al-Jallaf, Acting Director of the Performing Arts Department at Dubai Culture, noted the importance of the “Dubai Performing Arts” program and its role in refining and developing the skills of creative talents in the fields of theater and music.

She added that theater is one of the most important and powerful performing arts, and that all forms of expressive, musical and literary arts meet, and Dubai Culture has been interested in developing this aspect by activating the artistic and theatrical movement in Dubai, which contributed to creating a creative environment capable of embracing promising talents and upgrading their owners and their skills. and their thoughts.

She pointed to the authority’s keenness to support the music sector and enhance its strength in Dubai, through a series of training workshops offered by the program, aimed at improving the artistic taste of the participants and enriching their creative outcome, pointing to the transformation of “Dubai Performing Arts” into an important platform for the manufacture of stars of tomorrow through its various workshops aimed at To discover emerging talents in the music sector and support its creators.

Dubai Performing Arts sheds light on the arts of acting and theatrical directing through specialized workshops hosted by the Dubai Al Ahli Theater and the Dubai National Theatre. The program’s agenda also includes 4 workshops specialized in the arts of playing musical instruments, hosted by Al Jalila Center for Child Culture, aimed at enhancing the participants’ knowledge.

The “Playing the Violin” workshop reviews the differences between the basic Western musical scales, and highlights the importance of Arabic scales.
