DUBAI, September 26 / WAM / Hala Badri, Director General of the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, Dubai Culture, confirmed that Dubai’s success in consolidating its position on the tourism map and enhancing its global leadership reflects the unique approach of the wise leadership, and highlights the great potential that the emirate has. And an advanced infrastructure that is in line with the comprehensive cultural renaissance and remarkable creative movement it is witnessing.

On the occasion of World Tourism Day, she said that Dubai is distinguished by its cultural and human diversity, and by the availability of all the elements and components that enhance the cultural tourism experience there, and by its cultural landmarks and distinguished heritage sites, and its public libraries, museums, and various cultural assets that form part of the components of its creative identity that has qualified it to be a prominent global destination.

Badri pointed out that World Tourism Day 2023, which raises the slogan “Investing in People, Planet Earth and Prosperity,” is in harmony with Dubai’s aspirations, visions and ambitions, noting Dubai Culture’s keenness to enrich the experience of visitors and tourists through the exhibitions, festivals, forums, various artistic events and projects it offers. And innovative creative and artistic initiatives and programs, which contribute to supporting and strengthening the strength of cultural tourism, and achieving Dubai’s cultural vision aimed at consolidating the emirate’s position as a global center for culture, an incubator for creativity, and a forum for talent.
