Dieter Bohlen actually always had good relationships with his DSDS winners. But this year the pop titan was missing in the final – so what about his relationship with winner Jan-Marten Block?
Süderlügum – On the Easter weekend, the audience elected: Jan-Marten Block as the new superstar. And a victory like this at “DSDS” lets the lightning career really take off. One project chases the next, TV shoot follows TV shoot. Since his triumph on April 3, Jan-Marten has already been a guest on the RTL late night “Freshly roasted every day”. On Saturday he also appeared in “Because they don’t know what’s going to happen”.

As is well known, he jumped in for jury veteran Dieter Bohlen in the DSDS finale – whereupon the two TV titans repeatedly made the headlines with nasty taunts against each other. In contrast to Gottschalk, Bohlen had at least accompanied Jan-Marten’s way from the casting to the live shows. And in the past, the pop titan and his show winners have always made good friendships. The best examples are certainly Mark Medlock and Pietro Lombardi. But it definitely doesn’t seem to be so intimate between Bohlen and this year’s winner.
Because now Jan-Marten Block spoke about his relationship with Dieter Bohlen after the triumph. After all, the former “Modern Talking” star was not only absent from the finals, but also didn’t even work on the first songs of his own that the last four casting candidates presented in the finals. “We haven’t exchanged any numbers,” reveals Jan-Marten in an interview with the picture. So far there has obviously not been any personal congratulations. But at least a nice sentence on Instagram? “If he had congratulated me on my victory on social media, I probably missed it,” Jan-Marten admits that under certain circumstances, a congratulation from Bohlen could be hidden somewhere deep in the private messages on his accounts. “I got so many messages. My WhatsApp completely exploded. It’s crazy what’s happening to me right now, ”he reports, why even Dieter Bohlen could have been lost in his Instagram and WhatsApp floods.
Jan-Marten certainly received a lot of congratulations from his girlfriend Yasmin, which he already showed in the final show. However, shortly after the finale, he reported with a “stupid message”, which was also about his queen of hearts. (they have)
