The question of where Jan Neruda, Franz Kafka or Bohumil Hrabal went for a beer or what crimes marked not only the reputation of selected pubs, will be answered by local bartenders and regulars in interviews with Jan Hájke. The documentary experiment touches on sensitive topics A body in my headwhich provides a glimpse into the souls of people who have had to deal with body shaming – insults, criticism and humiliation directed at their physical appearance – throughout their lives. The film depicts a group of men and women who meet in a television studio to talk about their experiences with this type of bullying and ways to stand up to it. The topic of education against body shaming will also appear in the nationwide campaign in cooperation with ČT edu and O2 Chytrá škola. Czech-German journalist and writer Daňa Horáková, signatory of Charter 77, organized salons for dissidents in her apartment in the 1970s, and together with Václav Havel, managed Samizdat’s Edition Expedition. In 1979, she married the film director Pavel Juráček and moved with him to the Federal Republic of Germany. She wrote and published seven prose and non-fiction books in German and was Hamburg’s Minister of Culture in 2002-2004. Her life was documented by Olga Sommerová in a film Juráček is my destiny.
