A drunken subject threatened the inhabitants of the IVU neighborhood of Santa Ana, for which he was captured.
The man was identified as Juan Antonio Carranza Bonilla, 57 years old, who must face justice and answer to justice for his actions.
The National Civil Police (PNC) received a complaint from the residents about the event, so they immediately arrived at the scene to locate and capture the subject.
