In Kladow, an intoxicated man caused a traffic accident on Sunday morning and drove a rental vehicle into a front yard. All the airbags in the vehicle had deployed. The driver had to be treated on site by rescue workers from the fire brigade and then taken to a hospital. A breath alcohol measurement showed him a value of around 1 per mille, whereupon the man’s blood was drawn. Due to an abdominal injury sustained in the accident, the person who had caused the accident remained in hospital in a hospital. The investigation into the cause of the accident is ongoing.
