At around 2 a.m. on Saturday, the police intervened in the context of a couple’s dispute, rue Crébillon in Dijon.
Upon their arrival, law enforcement officers noted that a man, in a state of intoxication, had a wound in the brow bone. This injury would follow the intervention of a man who would have interposed between the couple, and would have struck a blow.

The injured man tries to hit the police
When the police arrived at rue Crébillon, this man was gone. Supported by the police, the drunken man, a 22-year-old from Dijon, is said to have strongly rebelled, repeatedly trying to beat the police.
After a while, he was able to be transported to the police station. There, virulent, he would have tried to deliver several kicks, and, at one point, would have managed to give one which violently touched the trachea of a policeman. The latter was prescribed a temporary interruption of work (ITT) for a period of ten days.
He escapes from the hospital
Taken to hospital because his state of health did not immediately allow him to be heard, the respondent escaped before being able to receive the necessary care. He was found the next day by the police.
Placed in custody, he would have admitted the facts. He will be the subject of an appearance on prior admission of guilt, with a summons by judicial police officer.
