A Rosenheimer had a good intoxication on Saturday evening. First he caused car accidents, then he fell asleep in his car right outside his own front door.
According to the Rosenheim police, the 31-year-old from Rosenheim drove his car along Hochgernstrasse at around 6:15 p.m. He went off the road to the right and hit a parked motorcycle. After that, the 31-year-old just kept driving, got off the road again and this time crashed into a parked trailer. With his drive, the drunk caused damage of around 6,000 euros.
Instead of taking care of the damage, the man from Rosenheim just drove on. However, witnesses observed him and reported the number plate to the police. When the officials arrived at the 31-year-old’s apartment, they were amazed: According to the police report, the driver who had the accident slept “deeply and had to be woken up by the police officers”. The drunk then only made it out of his car with difficulty. During the breath alcohol test, it quickly became clear why: he had almost two parts per thousand alcohol in his blood. The police also found that he does not even have a driver’s license.
Blood was taken from the person who caused the accident after the breath alcohol test. A preliminary investigation was initiated against him for endangering road traffic, unauthorized removal from the scene of the accident and driving without a license.
