The police and the Defense Forces found narcotic substances and drugs classified as such in the Säkylä and Niinisalo units of the Pori brigade in their extensive surveillance raid.
According to a police release, the most common drug found in last week’s attack was cannabis.
The police suspect 13 conscripts of the crimes. One of them is suspected of a drug offense and the others of a drug use offense.
All of them are also suspected of service crimes.
According to the police, specially trained drug dogs of the police and the Defense Forces were used in the control attack.
Southwestern Finland police continue the preliminary investigation of suspected crimes. The police are not going to give any more information about the cases while the preliminary investigations are in progress.
