Drug Party with His Men at the Hotel, Former Astanaanyar Police Chief Kompol Yuni Fired

BANDUNG, KOMPAS.TV – The West Java (West Java) Regional Police confirmed that they had dishonorably dismissed (PTDH) the former Astanaanyar Police Chief Kompol Yuni Purwanti.

It is known, Kompol Yuni Purwanti was caught in an arrest operation at a hotel in Bandung, West Java, in February 2021, related to drug abuse.

Apart from Kompol Yuni, there were a dozen other police officers from the Astanaanyar Police who were arrested by a joint team from the Propam Police Headquarters and the West Java Regional Police on Tuesday (16/2/2021).

Responding to this, the Head of Propam for the West Java Regional Police, Kombes Yohan Priyoto, said that Yuni was proven to have committed a violation by being involved in a drug case.

The dismissal of Kompol Yuni, said Kombes Yohan, is the police’s commitment to eradicate drug trafficking.

“The leader’s commitment is clear that regarding members who have problems with drugs, we will definitely PTDH,” said Yohan Priyoto at the West Java Regional Police, Bandung City, West Java, Wednesday (12/29/2021).

According to Yohan, Yuni was fired along with a number of other members who were also involved in drugs. Meanwhile, in February 2021, Yuni was arrested along with 11 other police officers.

“Regarding drugs, everything has been PTDH,” said Yohan.
