In the southern French city of Montpellier, two rival drug gangs shot at each other Sunday afternoon with Kalashnikovs, among others. That reports the French newspaper Free Midi. Soldiers, a special police unit and police officers are on the spot. There would have been no injuries.
From shoot-out took place in the La Mosson-La Paillade district near the Assas Tower. Images on social media show a group of men dressed in black wearing balaclavas shooting at another group of fleeing men. The situation is now under control thanks to the intervention of the military and a special police unit. No arrests have yet been reported.
