The police said that musician Erdian Aji Prihartanto alias Anji arrested while in his studio in the Cibubur area, East Jakarta on Friday (11/6).
“We arrested him in one of his studios in the housing complex in Cibubur,” said West Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Ady Wibowo to reporters, Sunday (13/6).
Ady said that the arrest was made at around 19.30 WIB when Anji was alone in the studio.
“(Anji was arrested) When alone, it’s temporary,” he added.
However, he said, his party has not been able to fully disclose the arrest of the famous musician. He said that Anji was still undergoing intensive examination.
Ady said that his party secured evidence in the form of marijuana type narcotics during the arrest. It’s just that the number of narcotics that were secured, called Ady, was quite a lot.
“The evidence is quite diverse and quite a lot. What we will release is complete,” he said again.
“We need to reveal the evidence in the field so that when it is released we will convey it in full,” he added.
