It was at this moment that he helped himself, under the dumbfounded eyes of the employee, to the cash drawer, where there were around €200. The man who was carrying an imitation weapon then took off.
He was caught by the gendarmes mobilized on this case, those from the research brigade, the Fameck brigade and the Psig. The young man was arrested on Wednesday, then presented this Thursday for immediate appearance. He was sentenced to 24 months in prison, including 18 months suspended on probation over a period of two years. The firm part of his sentence will be carried out under the regime of home detention, with an electronic bracelet. The Moselle court also banned the carrying of weapons for three years. The accused will finally have to begin a treatment process regarding his drug consumption.
