Den Hoorn – For six years, John Welzenbagh of the Maritime Police Team in Den Helder devoted himself to the case of the unidentified drowning person who washed ashore in July 1995 on the Razende Bol, the island between Texel and Den Helder. At the beginning of this month the redeeming message came. It is a ‘Hans’ who, curiously enough, was never reported missing.
