Yesterday afternoon, the German police took a man off a bicycle rack of a touring car on the ring road in Berlin. The police had been tipped off by the driver of a tow truck, who had brought the bus to a stop.
It is unclear how long the stowaway has been riding the bus and why. Police say he did not have a clear story because he was drunk. He sat on the bike rack with a bare torso.
The 28-year-old man has received a ticket for dangerous road behavior and fare dodging.
