The Municipality of Santos held a show with 80 drones this Saturday, on Gonzaga beach, during the New Year’s party.
The lights formed some images that referred to Pelé, including a player with a ball, Pelé with the trophy and the Santos symbol.
The show took place on the Gonzaga beach on the stage set up next to Canale 2.
Pelé died last Thursday, in São Paulo, and will be mourned for 24 hours starting Monday, at 10am (Brasilia time), in Vila Belmiro. The event will be open to the public, who will have access to the stadium through gates 2 and 3.
On Tuesday there will be a funeral procession through the streets of Santos, passing through Canale 6, where the mother of the former player, Celeste, resides, before the burial, reserved for family members, at the Memorial of the Ecumenical Necropolis.
