Drones Attack Yelabuga and Nizhnekamsk in Tatarstan: Six Injured, Buildings Damaged

Also, two drones hit the special economic zone in the Alabuga channel. Local “Telegram” channels report that two people were injured.

The Kremlin news agency TASS, referring to the operational services, states that six people were injured in the strikes.

The “Caution News” channel of “Telegram” states that drone strikes in Alabuga damaged a hostel complex housing staff and students of the local university.

Tatarstan is located approximately 1,000 kilometers from the Russian-Ukrainian border. Previously, the Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Myhailo Fedorov stated that Ukrainian specialists have developed drones capable of reaching targets at a distance of more than 1,000 kilometers.

In July of last year, the “Shahed” drone factory was opened in the special economic zone of Alabuga near Yelabuga. Russia actively uses these drones to carry out strikes on the territory of Ukraine.
