The lap dog, a Pomchi, started according to Heart of the Netherlands suddenly running through the car. The dog leash then ended up around the woman’s neck.
The driver managed to stop her car in the emergency lane. But she couldn’t get the strap off her neck, so she decided to call emergency services.
The emergency services rushed to get the dog from the car and free the woman from the belt. The four-legged friend and owner escaped unscathed and continued their journey.
