On Friday afternoon, Tirschenreuth police inspection officers checked a driver in Plößberg. According to the police, it was revealed during the check that the driver of the Mercedes did not have a valid driving license.
He also showed abnormalities during the checkup that indicated drug use. The hypothesis was confirmed. When asked, the 25-year-old handed the agents a small amount of marijuana.
The driver had to undergo a blood test and was banned from continuing to drive. He is now accused of driving without a license, driving under the influence and illegal possession of drugs.
